GeoT*SOL is the professional software for the design and simulation of heat pump systems in existing buildings and new builds.

The newly released 2027 version introduces a cost comparison feature that replaces the previous economic analysis. It compares the costs of a heat pump system with those of a gas or oil heating system and shows graphically when the heat pump becomes the more cost-effective option. An estimated calculation of subsidies under Germany's Federal Funding for Efficient Buildings (BEG) scheme is included directly in the comparison. In addition, CO₂ emissions and savings compared with the reference system are clearly displayed.

Searching the heat pump database has also been simplified: A new column in the database interface displays the product series name alongside the technical model designation, making it easier to find and identify suitable heat pumps.
