On 12 December 2024, a cable fire in the supply shaft in our EnergieForum Berlin office building led to massive damage to technical systems in our wing of the building. This affected the electricity, internet and water supply. We were able to set up an emergency internet supply within 24 hours, but unfortunately this is also associated with capacity bottlenecks.

From the current perspective, the repair of the damage will take longer. This may result in delays or brief technical restrictions.

Our license portal is not affected by this. The receipt of e-mails and orders in the web shop is also working, we receive and process them as quickly as possible.

We are also making every effort to answer your calls as best as possible, but our telephone availability is currently particularly limited.
