Sales through resellers

We want to provide you, our customers and prospects, with individual and expert advice on our software products and their licensing. After your purchase, we support you with practical beginner webinars and technical support. It is also important to us to offer our products worldwide at the same prices and conditions. Our official distribution partners offer you the same service and prices internationally as we do – in your local language and time zone.

Resellers, on the other hand, only handle a small part of these services, namely requests for quotes and orders, and therefore play no role in our distribution model. We do not authorize resellers and do not grant reseller discounts as a matter of principle.

Companies can still purchase our software through a reseller of their choice. Please note, however, that the regular list price always applies in this case, you do not benefit from our customer and promotional discounts, and you will have to pay the reseller's service fee in addition.

If your company is not based in Germany, take a look at the list of our international sales partners. You may already find an authorized distribution partner in your country that can provide you with expert assistance with all questions relating to our software.
